Cluj-Napoca National Theatre will hold a press conference on the opening of the concert-performance The Island by Ada Milea, based on the play by Gellu Naum, and on the event The International Meetings in Cluj. The conference will take place on Tuesday 27 September 2011, 2:30pm at the second floor foyer.
The concert-performace The Island is the first premiere of the 2011-2012 season and will open on Tuesday 27 September 2011 at 7pm, in the Main Auditorium of Cluj-Napoca National Theatre. Created by Ada Milea, the production will be presented at the Gellu Naum Meetings, which will take place between 7-9 October 2011, the first edition of The International Meetings in Cluj. The event is part of the "Priority Romania" program developed by Cluj-Napoca National Theatre, which aims to promote the Romanian theatre and to reestablish the cultural image of Romania on a national, European and international scale.
The press conference will be attended by Mihai Măniuţiu, General Manager of the theatre, Ada Milea and actors from the cast.
