Ada Milea is strongly attached to the National Theatre in Cluj-Napoca, and our actors have equally grown very fond of her while working on the six concert-performances they have put up together for the musical theatre lovers. They needed no better reason to embark again on a spectacular journey led by Ada's ingenuity and good cheer. Chiritza - an old beloved character of Romanian dramatic literature, legendary for the comedy she generates - returns on our stage, under quarantine this time. The quarantined railwagons in Vîrciorova, depicted in Matei Millo's text on which the show is based, are not a far cry from our pandemic reality and quarantine rules. The difference is that now Chiritza and her family benefit from the technological advancements of the 21st century! But will these manage to counteract her bad habit of breaching rules and regulations? We playfully invite you to join us in the theatre to discover the answer to that question.
