Why aren’t the "tools" that people possess - fondness, love, unconditional love, communication, empathy - fully used before people turn to God? Why isn’t a child molested by his mother taken into the care of society and is instead sent to address God directly? Why isn’t there an equilibrium between science and faith that can offer a salvation for a traumatized child? Can faith be altered by the surrounding realities? How far does our need for certainty take us? It would be a miracle if the need for certainty disappeared. But what would we become? The answer is hidden in each of us. The story of Agnes is a true story, "told" by the John Pielmeier through an intense psychological and philosophical drama. Everything is filtered by the characters who confess to each other and reveal themselves by putting their entire life experiences and their souls under the magnifying glass, in search for a relative truth.
