PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY
- 01.12.2000 - present: legal counselor at the Cluj-Napoca National Theatre, where she:
- offers counselling and files legal petitions in all domains of law;
- drafts legal opinions concerning legal aspects of the Theatre's activity;
- collaborates at the redaction of decision projects, orders, notes, instructions, regulations, collective work contracts, as well as of any other normative documents elaborated by the institution;
- drafts contract projects and negociates contract legal clauses;
- ensures assisstance, consultance and legal representation of the institution;
- drafts legal documents, certifies the parts' identities, the consent, content and date of the documents signed which regard the institution;
- verifies the legality, approves and countersigns legal and administrative documents;
- represents the interests of the institution in front of judiciary courts of all degrees, of state or administrative power, as well as of physical and legal persons, within the limits of the authority commissioned;
- ensures secretarial work for the administrative council sessions.
