Ensuring assisstance in the domain of Marketing and Communication; organizing activities specific to press practice and public relations, initiating and organizing colloquiums, debates, round tables; setting contacts between leadership and people from abroad or from within the institution, establishing and maintaining theatre partnerships with institutions from the country and from abroad; conceiving and drafting cultural projects and programs, keeping constant connection with cultural institutions that finance or not the Theatre's projects.

Organizing recreational activities of educational nature, meant to help young people develop and involve in group activities that improve social skills, activities meant to cultivate individual interests and skills: arts group, parties, karate, football, theatre, animation activities (knowledge, energizing, cooperation, affirmation games).
