The Ministry of Culture and National Patrimony organizes at its quarters in Şoseaua Kiseleff no 30, according to the Government’s OG no.189/2008 regarding the management of public cultural institutions, approved with modifications and addenda through the Law no.269/2009, the competition for the management projects for Cluj-Napoca National Theatre.
The 2010/2011 season opens at Cluj-Napoca National Theatre on 2 October. The season will start with the premiere of THE COSMONAUT’S LAST MESSAGE TO THE WOMAN HE ONCE LOVED IN THE FORMER SOVIET UNION by de Davis Greig, directed by Radu Afrim, followed on 9 October by the premiere of BOSCH, script, choreography and direction by Marc Bogaerts. Both creators return to Cluj, after the higly successful productions ATTIC IN PARIS WITH A VIEW TO DEATH (Radu Afrim) and SLEEPING BEAUTY (Marc Bogaerts).

The interactive production for children EVERLASTING YOUTH AND NEVER-ENDING LIFE, script and directed by Marian Râlea, based on the tale by Petre Ispirescu, opens on Sunday 27 June 2010, at Cluj-Napoca National Theatre, at 11am.

The production is for children aged 6 to 10, who are invited to participate in the story and become characters, but also addresses their parents.
