The National Theatre in Cluj-Napoca participates in three festivals that are now taking place in the country, the National Theatre Festival of Bucharest, the National Comedy Festival from Galați and the "Toma Caragiu" Theatre Festival of Ploiești.
The performance ON THE SENSATION OF RESILIENCE WHEN TREADING ON DEAD BODIES based on Matei Vișniec's play, directed by Răzvan Mureșan, will be presented during the prestigious National Theatre Festival in 21 October (at 5.00 p.m.) and 22 October (at 8.00 p.m.) in the Studio Hall of the Odeon Theatre of Bucharest. The performance PANDORA'S BOX by Katalin Thuróczy, translated by Anamaria Pop, and directed by Andrei Măjeri, will be presented within the National Comedy Festival of Galați on 24 October, from 7.00 p.m.. Details about the festival can be found here.
The "Toma Caragiu" Theatre Festival of Ploiești will host the performance ŠVEJK IN CONCERT based on THE FATEFUL ADVENTURES OF THE GOOD SOLDIER ŠVEJK by Jaroslav Hašek, translated by Jean Grosu, a concert-performance by Ada Milea. The representation takes place on 3 November, from 7.30 p.m., in the hall of the "Paul Constantinescu" Philharmonic of Ploiești. Details about the festival can be found here.
